Miller HLLR2-Z7/60FT TechLine™ 60 ft Temporary Horizontal Lifeline System – 2 Person
The Miller HLLR2-Z7/60FT TechLine™ Temporary Horizontal Lifeline System by Miller by PIP is a complete 60-foot temporary horizontal lifeline solution engineered to provide continuous fall protection for up to two workers. Designed for applications where overhead anchorage is unavailable, the system creates a secure horizontal work zone that allows workers to travel safely across larger work areas while remaining continuously connected. The system includes the lifeline, energy absorber, tensioning device, cross-arm anchorage straps, connecting hardware, and a durable storage bucket for easy transport and deployment.
The 60-foot configuration is specifically designed for bridge construction, structural steel erection, industrial maintenance, warehouse construction, manufacturing facilities, and other large work areas where increased horizontal mobility improves productivity and reduces the need to frequently relocate anchor points. The longer span allows workers to cover significantly more workspace while maintaining continuous tie-off.
Built around an 11/16-inch (17.5 mm) low-stretch static kernmantle rope, the system delivers a 12,000-pound minimum tensile strength while providing excellent abrasion resistance and reduced elongation to help minimize lifeline deflection. An integrated in-line energy absorber limits fall arrest forces to approximately 2,500 pounds, while the zinc-plated steel tensioner allows quick and accurate adjustment for proper system installation. Heavy-duty polyester cross-arm anchorage straps, forged alloy steel O-rings, and self-locking snap hooks complete this rugged temporary horizontal lifeline system.
Designed for demanding commercial and industrial environments, the HLLR2-Z7/60FT provides a portable, reusable horizontal lifeline solution that meets applicable OSHA, ANSI, and CSA fall protection requirements while offering the durability and reliability professionals expect from Miller by PIP.
