The Encon AQ120S Aquarion® Sterile Saline Cartridge Set is the OEM replacement flushing fluid system designed for Encon Aquarion® cartridge-fed eyewash stations, including the Encon AQ100 and the heated Encon AQ100H130. Featuring sealed sterile saline technology, the AQ120S helps facilities reduce eyewash maintenance requirements while keeping emergency flushing fluid protected, uncontaminated, and ready for use.

Unlike traditional self-contained eyewash stations that require routine draining, cleaning, mixing preservatives, water treatment, and refilling, the AQ120S uses a sealed cartridge system that keeps sterile saline solution isolated from environmental contaminants until activation. This closed-system design helps reduce labor, simplify maintenance programs, and improve emergency eyewash readiness.

Each AQ120S cartridge set contains two sealed 3.7-gallon sterile saline cartridges, providing a total flushing fluid capacity of 7.4 gallons. When installed in a compatible Aquarion® eyewash station, the self-evacuating cartridge technology delivers consistent dual-stream flushing performance to support ANSI Z358.1-compliant 15-minute emergency eye flushing requirements.

The AQ120S is compatible with the standard Encon AQ100 Aquarion® Self-Contained Eyewash Station and the heated Encon AQ100H130 Aquarion® Heated Eyewash Station. The AQ100H130 is designed for environments where maintaining proper flushing fluid temperature is important, while the AQ120S cartridge set supplies the sealed sterile saline flushing solution used by the system.
