Miller TechLine Temporary Horizontal Two-Person Lifeline System is designed to reduce the force of a fall due to the in-line system shock absorber which allows easy mobility with the O-Ring connections.  This system complies with OSHA, ANSI, and CSA requirements and is extremely lightweight and easy to install.
