OccuNomix Baseball Cap Bump Cap is a poly/cotton one size fits all, high profile bump cap with 6 panels with holes on top for a cooling air flow.  This bump cap is ideal in a non-ANSI compliant setting but offers protection to employers and workers against impact injuries where workers bumped into stationary objects.  The Beaureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) recorded that one third of impact injuries were to the head when bumping into stationary objects.

 

The OccuNomix Baseball Cap Bump Cap offers protection from impact injuries with a sporty looking baseball style and a shell cap insert made out of hard plastic polyethylene which encircles the top, front and both sides of the head to protect against bups and scrapes.  It has cooling holes in the same position as the baseball cap and has a foam padding to enhance comfort.  The insert is also sold separately to insert into your favorite "high profile" or "pro style" baseball cap.  The are also no replacement parts to be concerned with.
