Bump Caps offer protection from scrapes and bumps in ares where an ANSI Hard Hat is not required.  You may choose from a traditional bump cap that is similar looking to a hard hat or a bump cap that looks like a baseball cap.  The standard type are designed for low clearance such as low beams, pipes or passageways The baseball cap bump cap is sporty and may get your workers to wear some head protection especially since the Bureau of Labor Statistics recorded that one third of impact injuries occured from bumping into stationary objects.  These do not provide protection from falling objects like the ANSI Hard Hats but do offer a level of protection that prevents injury and scrapes.  These Bump Caps are perfect for the food and beverage industry, meat packing, warehousing, mechanical work, pest control, meter reading, auto repair, home inspections.
