Protective Head Gear in any commercial setting is a very important aspect of any safety program.  Workers are always exposed to head injury and should be provided the necessary protective head gear. Hard Hats have a protective liner that ensures the proper fit. This liner provides an open space between the hard hat and the worker's head.  If an object hits the hard hat or falls onto the hard hat, this open space absorbs the blow.  Protective head gear can also provide construction workers protection from some electrical hazards.
