OccuNomix Hard Hat Cooling Pads are designed to keep workers cool when working in hot environments.  These hard hat pads are for hard to reach, hard to cool workers heads, when wearing hard hats. Just soak for a couple of minutes in cool water and then fasten with the hook & look straps to the hard hat suspension.  Because of how it is installed around the hard hat suspension, the air movement around the hard hat does the rest to enhance cooling evaporation.  The hard hat pad does not interfere with any hard hat safety standards.
