The Dyna-Lock Nylon Self-Retracting Lanyard meets all ANSI and OSHA standards, and arrests a fall in less than half the distance required by OSHA.  The user is allowed freedom of movement while limiting free-fall and deceleration distance.  This lanyard is composed of 1" wide nylon webbing and a 36C snap hook and load indicator.
