3-IN-1 Fleece Balaclava by OccuNomix comes in 3 Colors Navy, Camo and Hi-Viz Orange that are not flame resistant.  Also this balaclava is available below in (FR) Flame Resistant Black.  It's adjustable design enables the wearer to wear it as a neck warmer, as a hood and to protect the neck and in addtion protecting the face.  It is made out of 100% Polyester plush fleece and has a drawstring for a snug fit. Flame resistant model will hold its flame resistance from between 25 and 50 washings.
