Speakman's SE-374 Single Element Thermostatic Mixing Valve supports most single eyewash and facewash stations and is capable of supplying 7 gallons per minute (GPM) of water.  It comes complete with as surface mounted , enamel coated cabinet.  It features an automatic hot water shutoff to protect against cold water supply failure.  If cold water flow is interrupted, the control mechanism stops all flow by closing off the hot water port.  If the hot water supply is interrupted, the control mechanism allows cold water to flow through both the fixed and variable bypass.  Thermostatic mixing valve should be vandal resistant with the use of lockout/tagout.
