Speakman's SEF-TW Thermostatic Mixing Valve Kit includes a Speakman SE-370 mixing valve that supplies tepid water to the Speakman SEF line of eyewash faucets; SEF-900/ and 9200, SEF-1800 and SEF-18XY.  The SEF-TW comes with check valves and outlet thermometer and features an automatic hot water shutoff to protect against cold water supply failure.  With the new ANSI Z-358.1 2009 standard, it is now mandatory that the the water be not just tepid, but be between 60 and 100 degrees fahrenheit.  Thermostatic mixing valve should be vandal resistant with the use of lockout/tagout.
