Speakman's SE 490 Eye Face Wash is ANSI Z358.1 complant and is similar to the Speakman SE 582 as it has the same 300 series stainless eyewash bowl and push handle.  The difference is that it has spray heads that are for the eyes and surrounding face in the event that regular eyewash spray heads are not sufficient given the threat in your working environment.  The eye face wash covers the face in the event a chemical is not only splashed in the eye but is a chemical that can cause the face to become burned or scarred.
