This New Yellow Lockout Tagout Center is only 14" x 14" in size and is made from .125 plexi-glass and is available with or without lockout supplies.  It features 8 replaceable plastic hooks for your locks and clear plastic pocket for tags.  Lockout Center may be purchased separately or with the following lockout padlocks, safety lockouts and lockout tags:
