OccuNomix V100 Vulcan Hard Hat  is a Type 1, Class E,G, & C Hard Hat.  This high quality hard hat complies with ANSI Z89.1.  OccuNomix V100 outer shell is made of high-density polyethylene and is made in the USA.  It resists penetration, protection from falling objects, reduces danger from  low and high voltage electrical conductors, and is water resistant and slow burning.

V100 offers extraordinary value with features such as a rain trough, universal accessory slots, eyelets for affixing chin strap and also an embossed date of manufacture. The Vulcan V100 suspension, though OccuNomix' regular suspension, has many features that make it much more than regular.  The Vulcan V100 hard hat features a 6 Point woven nylon web - crown strap system that is extremely comfortable and very strong and acts as a shock absorber with six load-bearing points that spread any impact over a larger area that stabilize the hard hat. Hard hat suspension also features a "Squeeze-Lock" sizing adjustment that is easy to use, is non-irritating and adjusts in 1/8" increments.  Some other attributes not found on other brands of economical hard hats are a detachable plush cotton terry that is laminated over foam front sweatband for great comfort and snug sizing without leaving marks on your forehead.
