The Speakman SE-675 Combination Shower-Eye/Face Wash is a floor mounted emergency deluge shower and non-aerated eye/face wash.  Shower is supplied with a 1" NPTF stay-open full flow ball valve which is activated by a triangular pull handle.  Eye/Face Wash has a NPTM stay-open full flow valve which is activated by a push handle.  Activation of the emergency shower is done by pulling the triangle handle.  To shut off the emergency shower, the valve needs to be manually closed.  Activation of the eyewash is done by pushing the handle back 90 degrees.  Testing of the eyewash and emergency shower should be done weekly to flush the line and ensure proper operation.  A tag is supplied to initial at each inspection.
