The Kidde Model #1235E Inonization Smoke Alarm is an AC hardwired smoke alarm that includes a quick connect power harness which makes installation quick and easy for installers.   This Kidde Ionization Smoke Alarm has an ionization sensor that can detect fast flaming fires and other types of fire early.  It is easy to install and is designed for all living areas of the home.  This Kidde AC powered alarm comes with a 5 year limited warranty. 

 

The Kidde 1235E can be used as a single station unit.  It can be interconnected to a maximum of 24 Kidde devices in a multiple station system. The interconnected system cannot exceed the NFPA limit of 12 smoke alarms and/or 18 initiation alarms.  It is still possible to connect up to 6 strobe lights and/or relay devices.
